Our process

The relationship between builder and client is the foundation of the work to come, the first meeting is often the most important. 

This is the time the prospective client is interviewing R.H. Lambeth Builders, but at the same time R.H. Lambeth Builders is also interviewing them.  A similar mindset and vision for the project are integral to the final success of a project, no matter the scale.

Now comes the fun part; designing your home!  We build to and above building code ensuring the structural integrity of your home is maintained.  We will continue to work with you, selecting finishes to get your design just perfect.  Throughout this process, we will monitor any changes to the design to make sure we stay within your desired budget.  We pride ourselves in continuing to follow changes in building science to improve efficiency, durability, sustainability, and the healthiness of your home.

When the client/builder relationship is established and the client chooses R.H. Lambeth Builders, we then estimate the project.  This includes working with trade subcontractors and all the other pertinent parties involved.  We then resume to finalize the costs.  This process has no timeline except to satisfy both the client and the builder.

After the cost has been determined and agreed upon, R.H. Lambeth Builders will put together a project schedule and a payment schedule/agreement.  A contract will be signed and a deposit will be paid.  R.H. Lambeth Builders will also aid the client in making important decisions in a timely manner.

As the project progresses, our Project Managers will be available to you as a client at any time.  Through emails, phone calls, digital photographs, and site meetings we keep you informed on the construction of your project and the decisions critical to its development.
